Legal / foundation release

Privacy Policy

This policy describes the narrow data surface of the Langosta foundation release. Publication date: August 27, 2026.

Public chain data

Wallet addresses, transactions, blocks, balances, contract calls, and registry records are public blockchain data. Connecting a wallet lets the interface read the selected public address and current chain. Disconnecting the wallet ends the local interface session; it cannot erase public blockchain records.

Contract Lens queries

Contract Lens sends the address you submit to the configured BOT Chain RPC through Langosta’s read-only endpoint. The address may appear in the page URL for shareability. Langosta does not create a local address-query history in this release.

Wallet providers

Injected wallet software handles account access, network permissions, signing, and transaction submission. WalletConnect is used only if a project ID and connector are configured. Those providers operate under their own privacy terms.

What Langosta does not collect

Langosta does not request or store private keys, seed phrases, keystore files, or wallet signatures. Never enter those secrets into this site or send them to anyone claiming to represent Langosta.

Pending transaction recovery

The browser may store only a pending transaction hash, wallet address, chain ID, and submission time so confirmation can resume after refresh. These non-secret fields are cleared after a confirmed success or revert. Disconnecting does not remove public chain history.

Infrastructure and links

BOT Chain RPC and Explorer services receive ordinary network requests. External Explorer links take you to a third-party site. Basic hosting logs may be processed by the deployment provider. No optional analytics or cookies are enabled unless the deployed configuration states otherwise.

Retention, deletion, and contact

The foundation release has no application database for profiles or Contract Lens history. Public blockchain data cannot be deleted by Langosta. A contact address is omitted until the project owner configures a real one. Provider logs and cross-border processing, where applicable, follow the selected hosting, RPC, wallet, and Explorer providers’ terms.

Langosta

Read the chain before the narrative.

Langosta is an experimental research and participation interface on BOT Chain. It does not custody assets, audit contracts, execute trades, or provide financial advice. Langosta Points are non-transferable records and do not guarantee an airdrop, token allocation, financial return, or future benefit.
